GLR No 12 under steam today?

This morning, (Sat. 02/20), Channel 9 News in Denver was interviewing someone from the CHS about their new museum here in Denver, but in a chance remark, he mentioned that he was going up to Georgetown today account they were "steaming up one of the old steam engines."
Anyone know anything about this? Is this an FRA steam test, or what's the deal? It's obviously the No. 12.
