Uintah Shay auxiliary tender or water car?

I've seen photos of the round wooden water cars and the rectangular steel water cars (with slight variations) but this is a new one for me. I may have missed it previously. Tank is on spacers to raise it from the main frame, and it looks like coal boards on top. Maybe a temporary auxiliary tender for this Shay's assignment with the pile driver?
