We have made great progress on Uintah 50 this year, and if you came by during the NNGC you may have seen John Cokers paint and lettering on the car. Unfortunately we have fallen behind and she won't be finished for Polar Express this year. But that's ok because we will take our time and finish the car right.
This week we were finally able to do a single car air test on her and she worked very well. This prompted us to take her out for her second test run. This time with a car behind her because she has a rear coupler too.
Here she is out on the turntable. Yes the window frames and baggage doors still need to be painted.
