Project "Back To Switzerland"

Some questions relating to the recovery of locomotives and equipment from Vietnam for use on the DFB in Switzerland if I may.

1) The report on the recovery states that the remains of 8 locomotives were found. Assuming this is correct was the 8th locomotive positively identified?

2) Where exactly were the locomotives found? For this question "on the Da Lat railway" is not sufficient.

3) The Vietnames authoriies were reportedly insistant that all items were to be removed. Did this include spare parts, if any, not attached to the locomotives? And did they have to have proof of scrapping of unuseable parts?
