Odd stack on D&RGW 360

Came across this photo on ebay of D&RGW 360 sporting an odd stack and what appears to be a wooden pilot. It also looks like it is fresh paint. Does anyone know the story behind this? Was it used in a movie, or was the engine possibly made ready to be put on display and then the railroad decided to scrap it? Since its not my picture instead of putting it on here Im providing a link to it.
