Non-operating C&TS mikes

Hi,

If I recall correctly once 463 is back in operation, there will be 5 operational and 5 non-operational steamers - 483, 492, 494, 495, 497 - on the C&TS.

Since 6 locomotives were operational in the 1990s (463, 484, 487, 488, 489, 497) I assume that parts are on hand for a sixth operational mike.

Are parts on hand at the C&TS for a seventh one?

I doubt the NEED for a sixth mike will be a long time coming. I also agree that if money was no object all ten steamers could be made operational. I was just curious how many "whole" mikes could be assembled excepting items commercially available such as flues and stay bolts.

Any guesses?
