There is a great article on an obscure narrow gauge operation that ran in Washington State for nearly 66 years, in the lastest issue of "The Trainmaster", which is the publication of the Pacific Northwest Chapter NRHS. The narrow gauge operated within DuPont's explosives factory on Puget Sound with a 3% grade to reach the wharf where ships were loaded.
