Was wondering what colors were used on the SVRy flat cars. Was red the predominate color on the bodies and side-frames? What about the privately owned flats of the OLC and BWP? How about the first equipment purchased from the UP? Most of the journal boxes and pieces I have found that still had paint were red, but I have seen a couple with yellow paint on them. I always assumed the SVRy cabooses were all red, but then I found out at least one of them was gray and black, so I won't assume what color the flat cars were. Brian.
