Lots of new photos of work on the composite trucks for the 470 car in Colorado Springs

Ed Lowrance just posted new photos of making the parts for the trucks, and the assembly of the trucks. I never knew how many different steel parts went into trucks.

First set of photos

Here are more photos showing all of the custom bent parts that are needed for the trucks and brake rigging. This is truly 12 inches to the foot scale. I can assure you that bending metal this thick and working it into the correct shape and holes drilled in the right place is quite a feat. Not only that this stuff is heavy!
