Ed just posted more photos of work done in session B

Ed must have a good internet connection now as he is working through a backlog of photos of work being done in Antonito session B this week, please check them out. The first batch is work on the short caboose 0579 and BOY, did they find more wrong with that car last week than they thought it needed. (Sound familiar?) Marshal and Russ were really burning welding rod working on the new passenger car trucks.

For those of you who would like to support our efforts please remember to donate to the truck fund as we have to find the money to have enough wheels made for SIX TRUCKS so we can sure use everyone's help as it is IMPORTANT to putting 3 cars back on the rails.

The DBG guys finished their problem way early, (gee, what a nice problem :-) ) and jumped on the next car needing rebuilding ahead of schedule. That is the fun part working with really nice talented people who aren't afraid to work hard to save our narrow gauge history.

Ed posted MORE photos of work being done on Saturday, (I suppose they didn't work hard enough during the week. :-) ) Clyde and his team must have finished putting all 4 arch bar truck we got years ago from Alder Gulch so he and his team came over to Antontio to adjust and test the brakes on the 0579 caboose as paint crews were touching up the paint making the car operational for the railroad to use.

The kitchen crew did an incredible job feeding the troops so they could focus on their work and not have to scrounge around for lunch. They are the key to the large quantity of work getting done each week, thanks!
