Of note is that yesterday's move of OLC101 from Baker to Austin had a pilot, but the move from Austin back to Whitney for OLC #102 despite being around 16 miles on the mainline, did not. Maybe because this move was early enough in the morning that meets with opposing trains was not to be encountered, they were allowed out on their own?
