K-28 on the D&S operational status?

On my recent (end of August) visit to the D&S, I did not encounter a K-28 under steam. Are they all out of service? I see why a one-type fleet would be most economical, but having different types definitely adds some spice. And looking at the new pictorial by Sam Furukawa, the appetite for some diversity has come back even more.

The same holds for the C&T, of course. But there, it seems 463 will become operational in the future. Still hoping for a K-37 as well, though.
