Roger; I can understand why the Antonito bus
would turn around due to snow. We had chasing passes for the OM run in Feb.'76 and came over
La Manga and Cumbres in a blinding snow storm
the day before the run.
We were in a pickup with an Alaskan Campershell
and were running on studded snow tires. I can
imagine what it would be like in one of those
busses!
Thanks for the pictures. Not quite as good as being there but it helps.
