When was the last tie replacement on the C&TS prior to the current program?

The recent tie replacement and reballasting of the track on the C&TS has left it looking great and it seems to be in the best condition it has been in for decades.

When was the last major rehabilitation, excluding the rerouting of the track in the Arboles area for the reservor, of track on the current C&Ts line and the San Juan extension in general done?
