Did a search at the Railroad and Locomotive Historical Society's website for info on the Spring/Summer 2014 issue of their magazine
Railroad History, because it has articles on the Geese and William Henry Jackson's RR photography, and while I was there I searched for articles on the Atlantic and Great Western, an ancient western Pennsylvania - Ohio historic railroad that was actually 6-foot gauge. My great Grandfather was a locomotive engineer for the A&GW (and later for the Erie and the Buffalo, Rochester and Pittsburgh) from 1870 - 1910. So, apparently they had quite a bit of info on the A&GW in issues #71 and #131, which are decades old. I checked Abe Books and they don't have any, does anyone have any advice where to look for these particular historic issues? Or have them and would be willing to scan and send me the A&GW articles? Helpful advice needed - thanks in advance.
