K-36 headlamp, need help

I'm drawing K-36 plans (in CorelDraw) as prep for modeling the thing in 3-D, as a reference for dimensions, and because it's just plain too much fun. As I'm modeling the "eleventh K-36", I'll be using different details from different locos - smokebox handrails, running board step risers (or not), pilot details, etc.



I've got the platform for the headlamp and plenty of photos to refer to, but still have some questions. By the way, Roger's photos have proven invaluable, those cab photos he posted from the engineer/fireman training gave me great info on the handrail columns, for example. Anyway, I'm looking for general dimensions for the headlamp, I'm assuming the lamp is a Pyle. Also, how was the lamp attached to it's platform?

Could someone point me in the right direction?
