Hanging Bridge Picture: Has this been published before?

In all my books I have never seen a picture of the Hanging Bridge actually under construction, just before work started and just after completion views are scattered through various titles but not this particular Joseph Collier photo.
DenverPublicLibrary Photo The DPL call number is C-262.
It is Mis-labled at the DPL as being "a bridge under construction across possibly Clear Creek" thus probably why it doesn't show up in any of the books.
