D&RGHF narrow gauge equiptment in Monte Vista

I was in the San Luis Valley this weekend and noticed several narrow guage cars in Monte Vista. These were in the same area as much of the same Standard Guage equiptment owned by Denver and Rio Grand Historical Foundation so I assume the narrow guage cars there are also owned by D&RGHF. There are several livestock cars, a boxcar or two and a coach (not on trucks) and a crew car if memory serves me correctly.
I assume they are intended to be a static display?
