I saw a photo of Dan Markoff's Eureka posted last night.

The caption says this summer at Silverton.

I read this forum pretty much all the time.

The last I knew Dan was waiting to get an exemption from the FRA to run his locomotive in places like the Durango & Silverton. Does anyone know if he got it?

And has the Eureka been on the Durango & Silverton this summer?

I am confused?
