Hi
Today I came accross this small locomotive in the Southern part of Wales.
Brecon Mountain Railway No 2, a 2 foot 4-6-2, was built by Baldwin in 1930. It spent its working life hauling limestone near Port Elizabeth in South Africa.
In 1974 it was send to Wales as a wreck, and was rebuilt for running on the Brecon Mountain Railway.
The next four days my wife and I am going to visit several narrow gauge railways in Wales, that's what I call a vacation :O)
Unfortunately is the price a shopping trip to Dublin, Ireland, but I have heard there is narrow gauge RR over there too.
