Chama Yard Pass- Enforced Yet?

Has the new operator implemented the yard pass process yet? If so, has anyone experienced the process? I'd like to know how it works? Is there someone generally available to do the safety talk or is there a risk of hearing "we're busy now, come back later". My parents are considering a trip in the next few weeks and my dad always likes to visit the Chama yard.
