MP 332 Blow Off, Rain & Hail

I hiked in to the beaver dam close to MP 322 cuz it was real cloudy and looked like rain any minute, lots of big dark clouds and very little sun. After I got to the dam the rail & hail started so I crawled under some think bushes and enjoyed the nice cooool breeze while waiting on the train. I watched a nice bull elk across from the beaver damn about 1/2 way up the mountain and he didn't even look up when the trail blew its whistle at cumbres pass. When they blew the whistle on the way down windy point he walked into a thicket to wait until the train went by, before the train got to Coxo crossing he was back out eating. Sorry no photo cuz I didn't have my big lens with me.
