USDOT Railroad-Highway Grade Crossing Handbook, August 2007

In August 2007, the USDOT released the Railroad-Highway Grade Crossing Handbook, Revised Second Edition. A html (webpage) version of the Handbook is available online at the Federal Highway Administration's website:
