Silverton RR 101 painting

I came into a litho of a painting of SRR 101 coming around a curve. As someone thoguht it looked nice with a layer of stain over the board backing and the litho, I an interested in finding a source of an untouched version.

It is the engineers side of the 101 with a box car visible. The artist is a W H Ch????n, Jr, or something like that. Googling came up a blank.

Anyone????
