Interesting collection of NG equipment in Monte Vista

I had the incredible pleasure of visiting the San Luis Valley last weekend to ride the SLRG winter steam run. Instead of staying in Alamosa as most would, I stayed in Monte Vista, in the Rio Grande Inn, almost directly across from the old freight house where SLRG has an office in that town. Someone is accumulating a number of old NG rolling stock on the lot adjacent to the SLRG office. Some of the equipment is in pretty poor shape but one item caught my eye, sorry, no picture but it's a NG combine car. The car is in pretty rough condition, somewhat deteriorated. Who owns this equipment? I would say there are between 20 and 30 NG cars there, a few of which are on trucks and could be run again.
