Joyce Vance who worked at Osier in 1983

This request has come to the railroad e-mail and any information would be appreciated.

Does anybody remember a lady that cooked at Osier by the name of Joyce Vance? She cooked at Osier in 1983 for Pat's Port of Call. One of her co-worker's was named Don. She would have been in her late 50's at the time.

Joyce Vance recently passed away and her daughter, Jerri, is looking for a video/documentary that had her mother in the video and she would like to get a copy. Does anybody know who would have produced the video/documentary made in or around 1983? Les Jarrett? Greg Scholl?
