Cool DVD: "Island Time Warp"

Last night I was watching a DVD I got earlier this year on the steam powered trains of Cuba and thought I'd mention it here as I don't know how widely distributed it is. The footage was shot by Adolph Hungry Wolf and his son in the mid 1990's. I believe nearly all of the steam has since been retired in Cuba, so it's neat to have a cross section in images of it in full swing. There are so many different locomotives seen in action in the footage, it is hard to believe they all fit on an island! Narrow gauges 27 1/2". 30" and 36" along with std. ga. are in represented. Question for someone knowledgeable on foreign NG. is 27 1/2" actually 70cm. as doing the math, it is real close?
