From looking at the YouTube viewing stats on the Commission videos, I see that not very many are looking at clips beyond the first few. Perhaps the fact that YouTube limits the length of title displayed in the playlist makes finding the more pertinent sections tedious. (Also, maybe mental fatigue??) So I scanned the Agenda as distributed at the meeting ->

If anyone can tell me how to add this as a text file in YouTube I would appreciate it. Also, any advice on improvements are welcome (I'm working on getting Marvin to speak up).
