Colorado Central/Colorado Southern

I am trying to map out the Colorado Central from Golden to Magpie. The Book I have only shows partial valuation maps. It does not show MP 1.00 or the first seven bridges. Does anyone have this ICC valuation scanned and can help me. I am looking for the survey values so I can convert to GPS values. Many thanks to anyone who can help me out.
