Lovely weather today and "Tornado" was due through about 09:00 on it's way to Chester. I went to the bridge between Soulbury and the Three Locks to get a good view (there aren't many promising phot spots locally as the "knitting" gets in the way) Running a bit early at approximately 75mph it appeared from tunnel and my camera decided to switch off. I managed a grab shot after heading into the road as I switched it back on (over the midden in a field)
While waiting a class 350 headed north - I decided that the hedge was in the way
A lot of rail traffic this morning - a Class 66 headed north on a container train
Nicely framed - but all I got after the camera didn't cooperate
