Painters are painting and decorating the Alamosa depot. Alamosa is proud of her fine depot, its being one of the finest on the D&RG system.

For Lo, these many years the good people of Antonito have been kicking for a depot at that place of sufficient dimensions as to half way accommodate the traveling public, and at last they have succeeded in piercing the rhinoceros hide of the D&RG corporation to the extent that the old miniature match box that has answered so poorly for a depot all these years is to be enlarged some two inches in length and about three-quarters of an inch on either side. Antonito, one of the best towns in the San Luis Valley, is entitled to better service and depot accommodations.
