First (scheduled) Trains to Silverton, 2009

A light rain greeted the first scheduled trains to Silverton, after yesterday's President's Special. We also opened up the SN engine house for the first time since last fall for a look at the 315 and she's doing well. We had a general meeting at the engine house with the D&S, town officials, and the 315 group and San Juan County Historical Society to discuss this summer's work of installing switches and laying track.
