We had a great day Saturday with about 40 volunteers working hard and having fun out at the museum. We had a large fork lift which helped greatly with the moving of sheds, sanding and water tower timbers and rail. Numerous other yard clearing and painting projects along with track work kept everyone busy. (The Goose ran as well.) Next formal work session will be April 25th. That will be a painting day with the U.P. 0-6-0, U.P. lightweight passenger coach and others getting a fresh coat. Come out and join us if you can!
This whole area as you head down to the roundhouse will soon look so much better than it once did.
Lunch is served.
