questions on builders plate

I've noticed in the recent photos of 463 that she has her baldwin builders plate, but when i went to see the 464 in 2006 i didn't see her builders plate. does 464 still have her builders plate, if she doesn't then what happened to it
i took these photos when i went to see 464 two years ago, i did have more but someone deleted them by accident one day when i was in school
