K37s contd.

Dont know if anyone has pointed this out yet. I discovered it about 2 hours ago. There is an argument about the K37s wheel base being too long to negotiate the curves of the silverton and others. I have sets of plans on each of the ng locos, and it seams the K28s wheel base was only 3 inches shorter than the K37s. And, the longest points are the same. 108 inches from the trailing truck to the rear driver. 49 inches between each driver. 94 inches between the front driver and the pilot on the 37, and 91 on the 28. I realize the 37s may have a stiffer setup, but by how much??
