Looking at today's photo I was wondering if I could nail down the location. The description provides some clues. The location is near Floyd Hill and the train is east bound. So the rail must be on the south side of Clear Creek and Floyd Hill was about MP 32 on the line. The photo also shows a single span bridge. To the east of Floyd Hill I can't find anything on the map that fits these clues. To the west of Floyd Hill I can locate a couple of small bridges that might work. Due to the curvature in the track in the photo I am guessing that it is the bridge just west of MP 33. Below is an aerial of the location as it looks today. I have marked the approximate location with a green dot. According to the topo this is Sawmill Gulch.
