I like railroad station clocks, and I'm very familiar with the various styles used by the Santa Fe Railway. In fact, my father has a beautiful Santa Fe Seth Thomas clock that used to be in the Santa Fe Oklahoma City telegraph office.
But I've been trying hard to find any information on D&RGW station clocks without any success.
In fact the only D&RGW clock I've ever seen is the one in the Durango roundhouse museum. But that one is very elaborate and a design I doubt would have been used at most stations.
Does anyone know of photos or even books with a photo in it of a D&RGW station clock?
Did D&RGW station clocks have marked dials, or were just generic clocks used without any markings?
My searches thus far have been so unsuccessful that I don't even know what clock styles or makers were used by the Rio Grande.
