A truck full of Heisler parts arrived at the AZER's Bixby Rd shop last Sunday.
The trucks were unloaded with the overhead crane
Also on the truck were the new boiler tubes, and box full of lagging and other misc. parts.
This truck then ran empty to Alamosa were 1744's boiler was loaded and sent east to Bob Yuilli's shop in Birmingham, AL.
The Heisler has been enjoying an extended stay in Kearny, Nebraska. It will arrive in Globe on Friday. Do to delays in transportation, it has been decided to do the work in Globe instead of Alamosa. We are now looking at a mid-Feb completion date.
