VHS Review

Folks,

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you all!

I have been given a really good VHS tape of the Denver & Rio grande Western and the Bumblebee No. 268

It features film taken in 1949 and the early 1950s taken by railroad employee whose name I did not catch

This is not more Durango and Silverton scenes. It is the Monarch branch scenes and the 268 pulling a stock train and switching around Gunnison.

Some of the film is what is now the Cumbres & Toltec and includes a double header going over the Lobado trestle.

It is a Green frog Production that I highly reccommend it for winter time viewing.

It may still be available at the Colorado Railroad Museum book store. They stock films when others are out of them.
