Ashpit Website?

I have been away from my computer for awhile and have not been able to log on to the Ashpit website. I know that they were having some problems with money to maintain the site and also problems with controlling the content of postings. Anyone know the problem there? Is there any effort to bring this site back to life? I see that the Dead Goat Saloon website continues.
