Two C&T Questions

I have two questions about the C&T:

1 - Are there any statistics out indicating this years ridership levels as compared with last year.
2 - Is there a map availble showing which portions of the r-o-w have been upgraded, which ones are due for upgrading next, and which ones haven't been addressed yet. (Also, do major sidings and yards qualify for upgrading)
