2008 C&TS Season Results

As the regular C&TS season concluded on Sunday October 19, 2008, the ridership results are now in! The total ridership for 2008 including special and charter trains stands at 44,744 passengers compared to 43,209 in 2007 for an increase of 3.6%. Further, as a point of reference, in 2006 the C&TS hauled a total of 39,772 passengers. Considering the economy and high fuel prices, this is a real testament to the efforts of all the employees on the Cumbres & Toltec. We must also thank Richard Tower, CTSMC V.P. & Treasurer and Marketing Director, Gayle Martinez for providing the ridership figures on a weekly basis. Thanks to everyone who rode the C&TS this past season. See you all in 2009!
