I have received many E-mails, phone calls and PM's about this and I feel I owe the Forum a explanation

I am NOT a victim and do NOT feel like a victim

I think that for new rules to be enforced with out letting anybody know about the new rules first, is WRONG

I disagree with parts of a thread being deleted and leaving other posts that are worse is WRONG

To not post a explanation about deleted threads is WRONG

Bottom Line: It is like going grocery shopping. If you don't like the way you are treated at a certain store you more than likely will go to a different store to shop

Over the years one of the complaints I heard many times is not enough information was made available about the C&TSRR. I decided I would try and fix that problem. The idea worked well for a while and I am thankful it did. I hope some one else will fill in now that I am gone. I believe the information being made available is a good thing for both the railroad and for the forum members
