Lost Survivor

Ran across this survivor in my travels this week. Anyone care to venture where? (or for that matter, how it got to where its at and why?) There also a narrow gauge flatcar there as well.
The closest Narrow gauge line (which this car is not from) was around 130 miles away, but I believe the tracks were pulled up there about 1926.
