From the newspaper story.

"The BOT then heard a presentation by Jim O'Keefe, of the Friends of the Cumbres & Toltec Scenic Railroad, on his organization's desire to build a pole barn at the C&T terminal south of Antonito. O'Keefe said the 180' x 40' structure would cover three separate tracks and give a home to as many as 24 restored pieces of vintage railroad equipment."
