One of the main draws for me in having excursions on the C&TS and D&S is the ability to recreate a "time machine" in selected locations where structures and facilities have been historically preserved. With # 315 and the C&TS/ Friends restored equipment this past month we got an opportunity to photographically recreate something that could have been circa 1930's. Now there were some details that I would have liked to fix (like the semaphore arm positioning) but seeing the Cumbres section house without the boarded over windows was something that added further "quality" to this scene. What details can you spot that can be improved or restored to make this location even more historically accurate? Perhaps others can post their "time machine" views as well.
