I don't know how many of you are aware of the disaster that has overtaken the Mid Continent Railroad Museum at North Freedom, Wisconsin due to the heavy rains of over 11 inches on Sunday. The Baraboo river has flooded the entire museum to a depth of almost 4 feet deep. Pictures can be seen at

The flooding has also impacted the Circus World Museum,atnearby Baraboo but there is no information posted on their website.
Mid Continent is one of the oldest RR museums in the midwest, and is known for their fine restorations of their equipment. This is a major disaster for them, and they will need all sorts of help, both volunteer and financial to recover.
