Those of you you always wanted a ride in those gasoline-powered handcars now is your chance. The Pueblo Railway Museum is having its monthly Spaghetti lunch and track car rides from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. June 7. Cost is $6 with the proceeds going toward the $140,000 that needs to be raised in order to obtain a Gates Foundation Challenge grant. The Gates Foundation will give the Museum $70,000 for track improvements and expansion.
The expansion will be into the area that was once the D&RGW freight yard.
