Good Morning Mr. Van Veelen,
Thank you very much for you comment. I'm also a big fan of John Wayne.
He actually owned property in the area at one time and I was fortunate
enough to meet him in the early 70's when he was visiting Creede.
There's been a lot of misunderstandings about our application with the
STB and I'd like to clarify one of them. We're not "anti-railroad"
and
actually a person could still ride a train to Creede. We carefully
structured our application to specifically provide for that.
I hope you do visit Creede some day and I think you'll better be able to
better understand our situation.
