Creede Branch running this summer?

When I went to alamosa last week with my grandpa we stopped by the slrg to see what was happening to the railroad. In speculation to "rumors" about the creede branch we were on a quest to find out who was running and what was going to happen to it. Upon questionioning several people inculding carlos it all pointed to the slrg not owning that line and the slrg not donating any of its work force to run trains this summer. The story we got was someone else owned it and their motive power was going to be rail buses not motor coaches but actual vans or buses that ran on rails. If anyone has any more information on that road we would sure like to know. Thanks.
